The Honey Difference

We only use honey from Southwest Michigan local hives that are owned by families. The honey we collect ranges in color, taste, and consistency because of how many different places we obtain it from which varies the food source of the bees. We ensure the treatment of the hives are without harmful chemicals, is raw and unfiltered, as well as unheated to maintain the integrity of the honey. Our family then selects different honey styles to pair with herbs, peppers, and dried fruits that will compliment and elevate the honey and its medicinal properties.
